Nice apartment in Leuven, a minute walk from Grote Markt. Perfect and convenient setting adjacent to a pedestrian street, very close to the Town Hall. Btw, located in the town centre. Helpful hosts. Neat room, with double bed. A shower, a hair dryer, and toiletries available

Didn't find closet.

the location was ideal, close to the train and with many restaurant options nearby. the staff was responsive when I called for assistance. the spacious room had all the necessary amenities including towels, a hairdryer, microwave, and TV.

I particularly enjoyed the upstairs balcony.

Great location and staff, I liked them all. Check-in was early. The bed was comfortable, central heating, flat-screen TV and a microwave oven where useful. Location was convenient, just a short stroll away from Grand Beguinage of Leuven Quiet Quarter. And it was close to a shopping street and main shopping street. Everything was fine, I had very very good stay, see u next time.

The location of Smartflats Budget in Louvain Central was perfect for my stay. It is situated on a vibrant pedestrian shopping street, making it convenient for exploring the city. The access to the building was also very easy with the code provided, allowing me to check-in at any time. Additionally, the presence of free wifi was a great bonus. The room itself had a private bathroom, which was a nice feature, and there was also a fan available to keep the room cool. I would recommend this hotel for its central location and convenient amenities.

smartflats budget - leuven central was a pleasant surprise during my recent business stay in leuven. the apartment had all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. the location was central and safe, with parking nearby. communication with the staff was smooth and efficient.

Wifi was unreliable.

We verbleven in een fatsoenlijke kamer met twee gedeelde badkamers in het hart van Little Havana. Alles was mooi schoon en de wifi werkte goed. We hadden ook het geluk dat er een parkeerplek beschikbaar was. De locatie was erg handig en gemakkelijk te vinden.

Helaas was het gemeenschappelijke gedeelte van het huis niet voorzien van airconditioning, waardoor het erg heet was. De tuinmeubelen waren gebroken en niet erg bruikbaar.

The apartment has an excellent location, not far from the main streets of the city center and near restaurants and shops. We loved our stay at the apartment despite the bed being too soft.
